Chemical Composition of Metals & Alloys
Analysis of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel-based alloys, and other alloys – these Metals and Alloys are analyzed at Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories using an Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES). Carbon and Sulfur are analyzed using ELTRA/LECO. Low levels of alloying elements in steel are analyzed either on the AAS/ICP/ICP-MS. The following elements are routinely analyzed on steel samples:
