LMS Policy
It is the policy of Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories (TIL) to have full commitment to quality and to provide integrity and reliability in all laboratory services fulfilling the requirements of quality in all aspects of work, continuously meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations in an impartial manner. The Management of TIL is committed to perform material testing, research and investigations in the most efficient and accurate manner in accordance with the internationally recognized standards and the regulations of the local authorities. TIL commits to continually strive for excellence as an independent, reliable and competent testing laboratory by meeting the highest level of clientele satisfaction by:
- Committing to highest level of provision of professional practice and quality in all facets, levels and services of the laboratory to address the needs and expectations of the interested parties including but not limited to customers, regulatory authorities, organizations and schemes using peer- assessment, accreditation bodies etc.

IQMS Policy
We at Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories (TAIL), operate our business in a manner that consistently meets the standards set by affected stakeholders- being customers, industry regulators and the communities within which organization operations are conducted demonstrating the competence of the organization to provide Type A inspection services.
The organization is committed to continuously improving its operations, processes and the services provided to its customers and interested parties in an impartial manner. All employees are expected to help the organization attain highest standards. It is organization policy to:
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and Applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- To demonstrate the competence of the organization and personnel for the provision of inspection services as per the International/ National/Local/ Regional Standards with optimum quality and operational excellence.
- To undertake commitment to impartiality through the Impartiality Statement and the implementation of the same at all relevant functions.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the IQMS, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to the customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirement.

Code of Conduct
General Code of Conduct
Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories expects all employees to conduct themselves in a business-like manner. Unprofessional activities are strictly prohibited while at work. Employees must not engage in or conduct themselves in a way that could be construed such as, for example, using inappropriate language, keeping or posting inappropriate materials in their work area, or accessing inappropriate materials on their computer. Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories’ resources shall not be used for amusement, solicitation, or other non-Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories business purpose.
Conflicts of Interest
Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories expects that all employees will perform their duties diligently, honestly, and in the best interests of the organization. Regardless of the circumstances, if an employee senses that a course of action they have pursued, or are presently pursuing, involves them in a conflict of interest with their employer, they should immediately communicate all the facts to their supervisor. They must, at any cost, avoid all the circumstances that might cause them to place their interest above the individual obligations of the company.
Confidentiality
Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories staff shall exercise due care not to declare confidential information acquired in connection with disclosures of information received & generated during the performance of inspection activities.
Relationship with Clients and Suppliers
Employees should avoid investing in or acquiring financial interests for their accounts in any business organization that has a contractual relationship with the Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories or that provides goods or services or both to the organization if such investment or interest could influence or create the impression of influencing their decisions in the performance of inspection activities on behalf of Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories.
Gifts and Favors
Employees must not accept gifts or personal favors that could, in any way, influence or appear to influence business decisions in favor of any person or organization with whom or with which Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories has or is likely to have business dealings.
Money Laundering
We are committed to complying fully with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) laws in the conduct of our businesses. The TIL Code of Conduct states,” We shall comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, anti-fraud and anti-corruption laws and we shall establish processes to check for and prevent any breaches of such laws”. Towards this objective, we must conduct business only with reputable customers who are involved in legitimate business activities and whose funds are derived from legitimate sources. Appropriate measures must be set up to ensure that we do not, even inadvertently, accept forms of payment that are known or suspected to be means of laundering money.
Forced Labour / Child labor
In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act, TIL is committed to upholding the rights and dignity of all individuals, respecting the environment and communities in which we operate. We strive to ensure that our global business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. We are dedicated to taking proactive measures to eliminate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains and across all areas of our business. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of child labour, forced, or compulsory labour in any of our operations.
We expect our suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to uphold our ethical standards and values. TIL ensures that all employees are legally authorized to work in the countries where they are employed and complies with all local laws, including Minimum Wage Regulations. Our company has established whistleblowing and grievance procedures that allow employees to report concerns, including those related to slavery and human trafficking. Furthermore, we provide annual awareness training on Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking, and Whistleblowing to all staff.

Prompt Communication
In all matters relevant to Customers, Suppliers, government authorities, the public, and others in the organization, all Trans Asia Industrial Laboratories employees must make every effort to achieve complete, accurate, and timely communications- responding promptly and courteously to all proper requests for information and to all complaints.
Reporting Ethics Violations
Trans Asia proactively promotes ethical behavior. Teammates should report integrity or ethical concerns, including violations or potential violations of this Policy. Teammates may report concerns to their immediate manager, department head, and/or general manager.
The Company prohibits discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation against any employee who provides information or otherwise assists in an investigation or proceeding regarding any conduct that they reasonably believe to be in violation of this Policy or applicable law. If an employee engages in any such activity, the Company will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or otherwise discriminate or retaliate against them in terms of employment because of that activity.
Process Requirements
It is ensured that the samples/items received (or offered for inspection) shall be verified for their suitability for inspection to be carried out and conform to the requirements, such as preparation (e.g., surface cleaning) and the details provided in the accompanying documentation. Any abnormalities noticed shall be recorded, and the client is informed of the same before proceeding with inspection activities. It shall be ensured that the samples/items received for inspection shall be stored appropriately by defined procedures to avoid deterioration or damage. The observations and data collected during the inspection are recorded promptly in the appropriate worksheets / other relevant documents, and all the calculations and data transfers are appropriately checked and verified for correctness. All the information in the inspection report/certificate case is recorded correctly, accurately, and clearly.
Compliance with Safety Requirements
Trans Asia has maintained a formal Occupational Health and Safety Management System and all the inspection activities are carried out safely as per the stipulated safety instructions.
